FriendFeed Rooms is a collaborative workspace. "To set up a FriendFeed room, users navigate to a new ‘rooms’ tab at the top of the page, then enter details as required. Rooms can be public or private. Interestingly users can utilize the FriendFeed bookmarklet to designate where they want to share items, creating a multi-channel publishing platform."
